On January 26th, 2024, Gully Classes Foundation hosted a heartwarming Republic Day Celebration at Joggers Park, Maniklal, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai. It was a day filled with pride, patriotism, and the vibrant energy of our wonderful students.
The festivities began with the hoisting of the national flag, symbolizing our collective commitment to the values of unity, diversity, and freedom. As the tricolor waved proudly in the breeze, it served as a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made by our forefathers for our nation's independence.
Following the flag hoisting ceremony, the stage came alive with the mesmerizing performances of the children from Gully Classes Foundation. With enthusiasm and talent abound, our students showcased their skills in dance, singing, acting, and more. From energetic dance routines to soulful renditions of patriotic songs, each performance was a testament to the creativity and spirit of our young stars.
We were thrilled to have over 70 students in attendance, along with our dedicated team members, teachers, and volunteers. Their unwavering support and enthusiasm added to the joyous atmosphere of the event. Among those present were Oman Patel, Fahad Khan, Azharuddin Nagori, Raza Ansari, CA Abdulkareem (Advisory), Abdul Ahad Khan, Amaan Bagwan, Rohit Kanaujiya, Zeba Khan, Sana Ansari, Sameera Lohar, Shifa Ansari, and Shoaib Shaikh. Their presence and encouragement uplifted the spirits of our students and made the celebration even more special.
As we reflected on the significance of Republic Day, we were reminded of the importance of fostering a sense of unity, equality, and respect for all. Through events like these, we aim to instill these values in our students and empower them to become responsible and compassionate citizens of tomorrow.
