On October 29th, Gully Classes Foundation had the privilege of setting up a special stall at the office of The Free Press Journal, showcasing the amazing artistry and creativity of the women we support. This event was more than just an exhibition; it was an opportunity to connect our women artisans directly with a community eager to support local craftsmanship and meaningful causes.
The stall featured hand-painted diyas, resin artwork, and other unique creations, each testament to the artisans' hard work, skill, and dedication.
We are deeply thankful to The Free Press Journal for this platform. Their generous support has always been invaluable to us, and this event further highlighted their commitment to community-building.
Our team also had the pleasure of meeting Abhishek Karnani, Director of The Free Press Journal, whose enthusiasm for our mission was heartwarming. He graciously offered ongoing access to their premises to help promote the projects of our artisans, a gesture that amplifies our reach and strengthens our ability to empower these talented women.
In a beautiful display of solidarity, The Free Press Journal not only purchased the remaining stock of hand-painted diyas but also inspired their employees to support our artisans by purchasing diyas and resin artwork. Such partnerships not only provide immediate economic support to our artisans but also affirm the power of local communities to make a real difference in people’s lives.
This collaboration has fueled our passion to keep growing and making a lasting impact. The encouragement from The Free Press Journal and individuals like Kaiwant Shah has reinforced our belief that true change is possible through collective efforts and community support.
Thank you, The Free Press Journal, for standing with us in our journey and for believing in the transformative power of art, skill, and community! Gully Classes Foundation partnership with Free Press Journal"
